BISD ensures students are workforce ready
When you think of preparing students for the future in K-12 education, the first thing that may cross your mind is teaching reading, writing, and arithmetic. Of course that has and will always continue to be a cornerstone of educating our children. However, in Boerne ISD we also prepare students for the workforce through our Career and Technical Education programs.

Promises made, promises kept
Thanks to the support of our community, voters in the Boerne ISD boundaries voted to pass BISD bond propositions 1 and 2 in May. We are very grateful to the voters for supporting this bond, as it was truly a grassroots effort, led by the Long Range Steering Committee. We are greatly appreciative to the total of over 80 parents, students, staff, and community members who served on the committee, and worked hard to help pass this bond.
