LAW ENFORCEMENT The following is a brief, partial recap of incidents reported by the Boerne Police Department and the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office. General locations are listed rather than specific addresses. An arrest should not imply guilt or innocence, which will be decided in court at a later date. BOERNE POLICE DEPARTMENT

APRIL 2

10:26 a.m., 100 block of City Lake – A caller reported property was vandalized at Boerne Lake.

12:56 p.m., 100 block of Braeburn – A caller came reported receiving fraud on his cell phone.

3:39 p.m., mile marker 524 E. I-10 – A caller reported a three-vehicle collision. A second caller reported the vehicle that had caused the collision drove away from the accident.

5:24 p.m., 800 block of Johns Road -- A caller reported her apartment manager’s relative was harassing her friend.

APRIL 3

3:09 a.m., 100 block of Menger Springs – A caller reported two subjects brought in after a vehicle collision appeared to be under the influence of drugs.

10:48 a.m., 200 block of W. Bandera Road – A caller reported another vehicle hit her vehicle and then drove away.

1:18 p.m., 16000 block of River Road – A caller reported fraudulent charges were made on her credit card.

4:09 p.m., 600 block of N. Main Street – A caller reported two patients were involved in a physical altercation.

7:46 p.m., 300 block of River Road – A caller reported a woman who was chasing the ducks, trying to catch them. The woman had also made the interesting choice to go swimming by the dam.

APRIL 4

6:21 a.m., 31000 block of I-10 – A caller reported two dogs were stuck in a drain that goes under the frontage road.

8:28 a.m., School Street/Main Street – A two-vehicle collision was reported. Wreckers were called for both vehicles and one of the occupants complained of injuries.

8:56 a.m., 200 block of Charger Blvd. – A caller wanted to document a theft that occurred the previous evening.

6:55 p.m., 400 block of W. Bandera Road – A caller reported a collision occurred at H-E-B. There were some communication issues, as the other driver did not speak English.

8:26 p.m., 100 block of Cibolo Crossing – A caller reported a woman had been harassing him for more than a year.

APRIL 5

10:33 a.m., 100 block of Old San Antonio – A caller came into the lobby to make a fraud report.

3:47 p.m., at San Antonio/Main Street – A female was searched during a traffic stop and detained.

6:18 p.m., 1200 block of N. Main Street – A caller reported a vehicle had rolled over, trapping the occupants inside. Two ambulances came to the location to provide medical attention.

APRIL 6

1:59 p.m., 1200 block of S. Main Street – A caller reported seeing a male hop a fence and steal a chair from a restaurant. The male put the chair in the back of his vehicle and drove away.

7:54 p.m., 1300 block of S. Main Street – A caller was concerned about a vehicle parked by the trash cans. The caller said she was concerned there were young children inside the vehicle.

10:45 p.m., mile marker 539 of W. I-10 – A caller reported a vehicle hit the guardrail. A woman was reported to be running from the accident. A male at the location was detained and taken to the Kendall County jail.

APRIL 7

9:15 a.m., 100 block of Old San Antonio Road – A caller reported a woman sleeping in her vehicle in front of the leasing office. The caller said this was not the first time this had occurred.

12:10 p.m., 32000 block of W. I-10 – A caller reported a potentially fake driver’s license was presented to them when an individual was purchasing a vehicle.

4:42 p.m., 100 block of Richter – A caller reported receiving an email from PayPal, despite not having an account. The email contained threats to the caller’s family.

FAIR OAKS RANCH POLICE DEPARTMENT

MARCH 31

— Officers assisted EMS with situations on Valley Terrace and Kearney Ridge.

— Officers responded to a call about two loose dogs on Fairway Run Drive.

— Animal control was requested to pick up an animal on Rolling Acres Trail.

— A traffic hazard was reported on Fairway Vista.

— A disturbance was reported on Falls Terrace.

APRIL 1

— Law enforcement assisted EMS on Setterfeld Circle and Rolling Acres Trail.

— An injured raccoon was reported on Equestrian Trail.

— Another animal call was made on Rolling Acres Trail.

APRIL 2

— An injured deer was reported on Rolling Acres Trail.

— A traffic hazard was reported at the intersection of Dietz Elkhorn and Ralph Fair Road.

— Fair Oaks officers assisted EMS with a medical situation on Valley Run.

APRIL 3

— A deer call was made to the Fair Oaks Parkway and Front Gate intersection.

— A skunk was reported on FurtosaWay. — A vehicle collision was reported at the intersection of Fair Oaks Parkway and Front Gate.

— Fair Oaks officers assisted local fire departments at a scene of a fire on Rexon Circle.

APRIL 4

— A slithery situation was reported on High Cliff Drive when a snake made an appearance.

— An injured squirrel was reported on Mandetta Drive.

— An instance of harassment was reported on Firebird Lane.

— Quite the day for animals, as an armadillo was reported on Bull Gate.

APRIL 5

— Law enforcement assisted EMS on Dapper Dan.

— Officers responded to a call about an injured deer on Jodphur Drive.

— Officers assisted the public with a matter on Pimlico Lane.

APRIL 6

— A noise disturbance was reported on Fair Oaks Parkway.

—Traffic hazards were reported on Arbor Falls/Ralph Fair Road and on Calvary.

— Fair Oaks officers assisted other law enforcement on West I-10.

— A loose dog was reported on Sweetwind Circle.

— Law enforcement assisted the public on Ralph Fair Road.

KENDALL COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

APRIL 2

2:07 a.m., mile marker 532 of W. I-10 – A caller reported a vehicle going the wrong way on the interstate. Law enforcement located the vehicle, and the driver was detained.

2:59 a.m., mile marker 535 of E. I-10 – A caller reported a vehicle went through a guardrail. The driver was reported to be injured and trapped in the vehicle. An ambulance was called to the location.

1:02 p.m., mile marker 522 of W. I-10 – A caller reported an individual, pushing a shopping cart, wearing a black mask.

1:53 p.m., 100 block of Juniper Lane – A caller reported her jewelry had been stolen.

APRIL 3

12:10 p.m., Sky Rose Ranch Road – A caller reported her security camera had been vandalized.

1:04 p.m., Spanish Pass Road – A caller reported a woman was dumping trash at the gate, despite the location being closed.

5:28 p.m., 100 block of High Street – A caller reported two loose dogs in the street, both wearing their collars.

8:01 p.m., 200 block of Mountain Creek Trail – A caller reported someone close to their property had been shooting a firearm for the prior 30 minutes.

APRIL 4

9:04 a.m., on S. FM 3351 – A caller reported a crow dangling from a billboard.

12:18 p.m., 700 block of High Street – A caller reported a customer at the location hit one of the employees.

3:37 p.m., on Cascade Caverns Road – A caller reported a business, closed for the day, had its door wide open. It was found that no one had secured the building. Luckily, no one was at the location.

6:54 p.m., 100 block of November Lane – A caller reported a loose dog dragging a long leash. The caller said she couldn’t keep the dog but had tied it to a nearby tree. Animal control was notified.

7:50 p.m., 100 block of Ulmus Road – A caller reported someone broke into the location through the back window.

APRIL 5

9:04 a.m., 20 block of N. FM 3351 – A caller reported two aggressive dogs in the area that were loose.

4:05 p.m., 200 block of Highway 46 – A caller reported a truck on fire. The back of the truck was burned; Boerne F.D. was called to the location.

4:08 p.m., 900 block of FM 474 – A cow was on the side of the road, contemplating his next moo-ve.

4:56 p.m., 200 block of N. Highway 87 – A caller reported his neighbor was shooting toward the caller’s property. The caller was concerned as they had issues with the neighbor’s harassing them.

APRIL 6

1:45 a.m., Highway 27 and Water Street – A caller was concerned after hearing what sounded like a vehicle collision. There had been a collision, and a driver managed to get out of the vehicle. EMS was contacted and TXDOT was notified.

8:57 a.m., 100 block of Holiday Road – To everyone’s udder surprise, a cow jumped the fence to make a getaway.

12:50 p.m., 100 block of Ravencrest – A caller reported seeing a male go into the neighbor’s house, through a window. Law enforcement came to the location and detained the male and a female.

APRIL 7

12:20 p.m., mile marker 534 of W. I-10 – A caller reported a vehicle swerving between lanes of the interstate. The caller provided a description of the vehicle and informed dispatch the vehicle exited the interstate and was now going very slowly.

8:23 a.m., on Sansom Road – A caller reported a trailer had been parked next to the caller’s barn for three days.

9:49 a.m., 100 block of Cascade Caverns – A caller reported a customer dropped off their vehicle on Friday but someone else picked up the vehicle over the weekend. The customer said that no one else should have picked up the vehicle.

11:10 a.m., FM 1376/Twin Valley Drive – A caller reported he found something metal hanging from a tree. It was found to be a geocaching item.

4:41 p.m., 500 block of Sunflower – A caller reported a male at this location was intoxicated and damaging property. It was found that the male was about to be evicted.
