Dear Rep. Troxclair: Why destroy public education?

Editor, This letter is for State Rep. Ellen Troxclair (R-Lakeway), District 19 representative.

The Texas Legislature, of which you are a member, has voted into law the “school choice,” which essentially takes money away from public schools and gives it to private schools.
