BOERNE — The Cibolo Center for Conservation has announced the purchase of the final six acres of land within Boerne’s historic Conservation Corridor, marking a momentous milestone for conservation in the Texas Hill Country.
The property, purchased from the Fellows family in August, completes a decadeslong effort to preserve a series of properties along Cibolo Creek committed to sustainable land stewardship.
“This acquisition secures the last piece of the Conservation Corridor, ensuring that this critical landscape will remain protected forever,” said Tom Mengler, CEO of The Cibolo.
