LAW ENFORCEMENT The following is a brief, partial recap of incidents reported by the Boerne Police Department and the Kendall County Sheriff ’s Office. General locations are listed rather than specific addresses. BOERNE POLICE DEPARTMENT December 10 9:10 a.m., 200 block of Charger Boulevard – A caller requested EMS for an intoxicated teenager.

1:10 p.m., 100 block of Coleto Creek – A caller reported receiving a check with insufficient funds.

2:37 p.m., 100 block of Mustang Run – A caller reported mail was stolen from his mailbox.

7:34 p.m., 3500 block of Interstate 10 – An employee reported a vehicle at the location with the front window broken. Another caller reported his vehicle was stolen and he was told it was found at the location.

December 11

8:39 a.m., 100 block of Heathcot – A caller reported her license plate was stolen from her vehicle. The caller said she received a toll bill from out-of-state.

3:26 p.m., mile marker 539, W. I-10 – A caller reported an 18-wheeler behind them that was swerving all over the road and was unable to maintain their lane.

4:57 p.m., 100 block of Jolie Circle – A local resident came in to report her cat was stolen.

5:46 p.m., 1300 block of S. Main Street – A caller reported two people who were going around the parking lot and looking in people’s vehicles.

9:50 p.m., 1000 block of Diamond Drive – A caller reported hearing three gunshots in the area. The caller said the shots occurred in such close proximity that it rattled the caller’s window.

December 12

7:57 a.m., 100 block of E. Flowing River – A caller reported his vehicle was broken into during the night.

8:54 a.m., 200 block of Old San Antonio Road – A caller reported her vehicle was rear-ended by another vehicle. The caller requested EMS to come check her out.

1:55 p.m., at School Street/ Lohmann Street – A caller reported a single vehicle collision. The caller said the vehicle ran off the road and hit a fence. The caller said she was experiencing chest pain 4:04 p.m., 200 block of N. Main Street – A doctor requested a former patient be removed from the premises.

5:48 p.m., 1300 block of S. Main Street – A caller reported a male approached her at the gym and made her feel very uncomfortable. The caller said he repeatedly made comments about the caller’s body. The caller also told dispatch she discovered the male was recently arrested for stalking.

December 13

12:44 a.m., 33000 block of W. I-10 – A caller reported a vehicle driving 100 mph on the road without its lights on.

10:01 a.m., 100 block of Oak Park – A caller reported a male sitting in his truck with covers all over his windows. The caller thought the vehicle looked suspicious. Law enforcement came to the location and found the vehicle unoccupied.

6:45 p.m., 100 block of E. San Antonio Road – A caller reported an open window at a business. The caller was concerned the space was big enough for someone to crawl through.

10:52 p.m., 700 Aqua Shores – A caller reported seeing a male walking around with a flashlight on their live video feed.

December 14

12:47 a.m., 400 block of Herff Ranch – A caller reported a group of juvenile boys going around and ringing doorbells.

6:18 a.m., on Cascade Cavern – An employee report hearing an alarm going off in the parking lot.

9:20 a.m., 100 block of Old San Antonio Road – A caller reported three or four juveniles fighting outside. The caller said one of the individuals was bleeding.

1:23 p.m., 100 block of Old San Antonio Road – A caller reported his firearm was stolen from the location.

December 15

6:09 p.m., 1000 block of River Road – A two-vehicle collision was reported. Both vehicles were not functional and wreckers were called.

10:50 p.m., 1000 block of Diamond Drive – A caller reported a disturbance in a neighboring apartment. The caller said it caused a picture to fall off the caller’s wall.

December 16

12:01 a.m., 700 block of Oak Park – A caller reported a dog barking in the area. The caller said this was an ongoing issue. The dog owner asked dispatch what could be done to prevent the caller from contacting law enforcement. He said his dog only barked one time.

4:34 a.m., 200 block of W. Granite Shores – A caller reported hearing someone knocking on his door. The caller said she heard a voice and then the knocking got louder. The caller requested law enforcement to come to the location.

9:49 a.m., 100 block of Waterview Parkway – A caller reported a male came in the location and was asking the caller questions that made the caller uncomfortable.

2:47 p.m., 300 block of Rainwater Creek – A caller reported his package was stolen this morning.

3:37 p.m., 100 block of Herff Road – A manager wanted to press charges against a subject for not paying almost $600.

8:33 p.m., 37000 block of W. I-10 – A caller reported someone at the location broke into the batting cages.

KENDALL COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE December 10

11:51 a.m., on N. Highway 87 – A collision was reported between two vehicles. The caller said he saw one of the vehicles driving away. Law enforcement located the driver and he said he didn’t realize he had hit the other vehicle.

12:02 p.m., Monterey Trail – A caller reported someone fraudulently cashed a check she wrote.

2:47 p.m., 200 block of May Lane – A caller reported his vehicle was broken into, but said nothing was stolen.

4:24 p.m., on Highway 46/Pleasant Valley Drive – A three-vehicle collision occurred. One of the occupants was trapped in his vehicle. Multiple injuries were reported. Wreckers were called for the vehicles.

December 11

7:13 a.m., 100 block of Acorn Circle – A caller reported his vehicle was broken into during the night and his wallet and laptop were stolen 11:17 a.m., 700 block of River Road – A caller reported he found out someone was using his son’s Social Security number to operate their business.

2:00 p.m., 400 block of W. Bandera Road – A caller reported a man in the alley who appeared to be drinking and possibly urinating.

2:07 p.m., 400 block of Old #9 – A caller reported there were birds killing her livestock.

December 12

7:26 a.m., mile marker 545, E. I-10 – A caller reported five or six vehicles abandoned in the median of the interstate. Law enforcement found they were doing construction in the area.

9:53 a.m., mile marker 529, W. I-10 – A male was taken into custody following a traffic stop.

2:36 p.m., 500 block of FM 1376 – A caller reported a loose mule on the run.

8:48 p.m., 1200 block of FM 1376 – A caller reported someone sprayed his father in the eyes with a substance that was possibly WD40.

December 13

8:03 a.m., 100 block of Dodge Road – A caller reported the front and back window of a vehicle were smashed out.

9:08 a.m., 700 block of Kendall Jackson – A caller reported seeing a vehicle pulling out of the caller’s driveway. A caller provided a description of the driver.

7:28 p.m., 500 block of Lindner Avenue – A caller reported someone was continuously prank-calling her.

10:05 p.m., 400 block of Front Street – A caller reported someone hit their fence last night.

December 14

8:38 a.m., Oakland Hills – A caller requested assistance with removing a skunk from the location.

3:44 p.m., 700 block of FM 474 – A herd of cows was on the side of the road, waiting for their audition with Santa.

3:59 p.m., mile marker 522, E. I-10 – A caller reported a vehicle actively swerving all over the interstate.

December 15

10:26 a.m., 1000 block of N. School Street – A caller reported her business account was defrauded of $600.

12:06 p.m., 200 block of N. Highway 87 – A caller reported someone dumped a bunch of nails on his driveway, making it difficult for him to drive up his driveway.

1:47 p.m., on Highway 27/Cypress Creek Bridge – A caller reported that while she was picking up trash, she found Social Security cards, insurance cards, and other documents, all with different names on them.

2:08 p.m., 400 block of July Lane – A caller reported hearing shots fired on her property. The caller was concerned it was automatic weapons.

December 16

12:33 a.m., mile marker 544, W. I-10 – A caller reported a vehicle collision resulting in a pickup truck facing the wrong way on the interstate. Another vehicle was reported to be off the road, with smoke coming from the engine. Emergency services responded to the scene.

4:15 p.m., on Doeskin Drive – A caller reported receiving a threatening voice message from her tenant.

5:31 p.m., 100 block of Rhine Street – A caller reported someone broke into her home during the night.
