The Greater Boerne Chamber of Commerce recently celebrated Texas Cheer Liquor No. 5's grand opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. Texas Cheer Liquor is a neighborhood liquor store with a selection of craft beer, fine wine and spirits. It is a local boutique liquor store owned by Lee and Rvnit Ripley, cutting the ribbon above, that also has a walk-in humidor.
