Kim Blohm, president and CEO of the Greater Boerne Chamber of Commerce, was named one of the Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives “40 under 40” honorees.
Blohm, who took on the role of Boerne chamber president in 2019, adds this latest recognition to a growing list of honors. She was awarded the 2024 Small Business Champion of the Year by the U.S. Small Business Administration in March 2024.
The ACCE’s “40 Under 40” recognizes the top emerging leaders in the chamber industry who have demonstrated remarkable success in their careers and made a lasting impact on their communities.
“Kim is a shining example of creativity, dedication, and innovative leadership that’s shaping the future of our profession,” a post on the Boerne Chamber of Commerce Facebook page extols. Under Blohm’s leadership, over the past five years: — Membership has more than doubled, to over 1,100 members.
— The chamber has maintained an 83% membership retention rate.
— The chamber’s financial health has flourished. ACCE is dedicated to recognizing and supporting the most talented professionals in the chamber industry. The recognition showcases 40 of the industry’s top emerging leaders who have demonstrated success in their careers and made significant contributions to the communities they serve.
Their creativity, dedication and commitment to identifying innovative solutions will help shape the future of the chamber profession, the ACCE states.

She was nominated for the award by Robb Weller II, senior vice president at Jefferson Bank and chairman of the Boerne chamber board of directors.
