Patrick Heath Public Library Director Kelly Skovbjerg celebrated her 20th anniversary with the library on Friday, July 15, and staff and city administrators joined in the celebration. The Centurions of Kendall County, including Presiden Paul Duran, fourth form left above, recently presented a check to Comfort Golden Age Center Executive Director Dinah Johnson and board President Jane Perilloux, pictured above in the midlle. The $10,000 donation was offered in recognition of the impact the center makes on the community it serves. The Centurions fund high school senior scholarships and deserving nonprofit organizations in Kendall County from money raised at its annual Valentine Gala held every February.
