Patrick O’Toole III has filed a wrongful death civil suit against Charles Mayo for the death of his mother, whom Mayo struck while she was driving a golf cart in October of last year, and O’Toole is seeking relief for more than $1 million in damages, including the cost of his mother’s funeral expenses and medical expenses incurred during immediate treatment of her.
