Members of the Geneva School of Boerne track and field team were entered at the Charles Austin High School Classic meet held in San Marcos at Texas State.
It was a huge meet and had 61 schools with athletes attending.
At the event, Brady Chandler cleared 15-6 in the pole vault to finish second and he also set a new school record in the 200 with a time of 23.03. Chandler also raced in the 100 and clocked in at 11.35.
Walter Teague ran in the 200 and recorded a 26.34 and Teague also cleared 5-8 in the high jump.
On the girls side, Maebry Caulfield competed in the 100 and 200 and turned in times of 14.32 in the 100 and 29.73 in the 200. Caulfield was also entered in the triple jump and finished with a leap of 29-9.
Madilyn Detterick raced in the 400 and 800 and finished the 400 in 1:08 and posted a 2:49 in the 800.
Peyton Eiland was entered in two distance events, the 1600 and the 3200, and ran 6:08 in the mile and 13:18 in the twomile race.
