• NPSOT PLANT SALE: The Boerne Chapter Native Plant Society of Texas will host its biannual Native Plant Sale from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Herff Farm, 33 Herff Road. NPSOT members will be on hand to answer gardening questions and talk about the benefits of native plants.

• COMPOSTING WORKSHOP: Participants will learn the fundamentals of composting and see real-time demonstrations of how food scraps, garden waste and everyday materials can be transformed into rich, healthy soil. Hosted from 10:30 a.m. to noon at Herff Farm, 33 Herff Road.

• WILD GAME DINNER raises funds for local and international charities and features delicious wild game fare, door prizes, silent and live auctions, kids’ games and more.
