Crestmont Christian Prep takes second volleyball match in a row

Crestmont Christian Prep takes second volleyball match in a row

After splitting road games against the San Antonio Patriots and the New Braunfels Thunder, Crestmont Christian Prep of Boerne hosted Gloria Deo last week.

Solid defense and consistent serves fueled the Warrior win. Senior Faith Hill has taken ownership as the setter, supporting attacks and driving the offense. Senior Bella Parkinson is showing her leadership on defense and is a leading attacker on the offense.

The Warriors split the first two sets before Parkinson took control of the third by serving eight points straight. The set scores were 25-17, 20-25, 15-3.

The Warriors are 5-8 this year and are on a two-game win streak.

Crestmont’s played Tuesday, Sept. 24, against BACH and it was Crestmont’s “Basketball Supports Volleyball” night.

The home finale was on Sept. 27, against Founder’s Classical Academy-Schertz and it was also Senior Night.
