Gabriel A. Juliano

Gabriel A. Juliano

February 24, 1975 – December 28, 2021

Gabriel A. Juliano (Gabe), was born February 24, 1975, in San Antonio, Texas, to his parents, Mark and Connie Juliano. He gained his angel wings on December 28, 2021.

Gabe fought a courageous and tough battle against brain cancer.

Gabe was a very proud father, PoPo and Godfather. He was a devoted husband, loving son, brother and friend to all. Gabe was very proud to have lived his entire life in Boerne, where he made countless memories and lifelong friends.

Some of Gabe's most favorite things to do were RVing and spending every summer at the coast, BBQing, fishing and hanging out with family and friends. Gabe was a very talented BBQ chef and cook who enjoyed preparing countless dinners for his family. Gabe was often asked to cater events and also participated in many BBQ cookoffs.

His most favorite meal to prepare was Sunday dinner where all of his family gathered at his house.

Gabe was also an avid hunter who spent numerous hunting trips with his dad, children, brother and family. Too many hilarious hunting stories to list. Gabe always made an abundant amount of sausage and jerky for his family, especially his kids and granddaughter.

We think he hunted so he could have an excuse to make sausage and jerky at his best friend Harv Hennig's home, along with his great friends, Andy Weaver, Layne Pittman, Mark Diamond and Matt Hennig.

Gabe was a plumber for many years where he and his partner, Andy Weaver, owned their plumbing company, Pipe-Rite Plumbing. Gabe's last occupation was a street inspector for the city of Boerne for five years. He was very proud and talked about all of his projects. He made many friends while working there. Abel Hernandez, Sean Waters and Dustin Niemeyer would have their weekly Friday lunch dates at different restaurants in Boerne.

Gabe was also an EMT and a volunteer firefighter for the Sisterdale Volunteer Fire Department for many years.

Memories of Gabe will always include being a jokester who loved pulling pranks on anyone and everyone. His favorite thing to do was give “wet willies” to all sitting on the couch. He will be missed by many, but we take comfort knowing he is no longer in pain and is with our Lord and Savior.

Gabe is survived by his loving wife of 26 years, Tammy Juliano; his parents, Mark and Connie Juliano; daughter Ashlee and husband Kyle Boerner; granddaughter Kinslee Boerner; son Alexander Juliano and fiancée Hallie Forks; brother Angelo and wife Angela Juliano; brother-in-law Rick and wife Mindy Boswell; sister-in-law Missy and husband Sal D'Amico; Godson Tyler Rangel and girlfriend Krislyn Beckett; and Godson Jonathan Rivero, along with many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank Amy Rangel-Lopez, Don Davis, Kendall County EMS and Embrace Hospice for their guidance and support through this difficult journey.
