The following is a brief, partial recap of incidents reported by the Boerne Police Department and the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office. General locations are listed rather than specifi c addresses. An arrest should not imply guilt or innocence, which will be decided in court at a later date. November 19
12:04 a.m., 900 block of N. Main Street – A caller reported a positive K-9 alert at the location. A wrecker was called for the vehicle and the driver was detained.
5:56 p.m., 100 block of Adler Road – A caller reported hearing someone attempting to open his vehicle door. The caller said to dispatch he went out with his firearm. Dispatch noted a man was attempting to repossess a vehicle, but was at the wrong location.
8:12 p.m. 500 block of Theissen – A caller reported a truck drove by her residence honking and throwing trash in the front yard. The caller said it was her ex-boyfriend, who had done this before.
November 20
6:55 a.m., 300 block of River Road – A caller reported graffiti in the men’s restroom.
10:42 a.m., 32000 block of Interstate 10 East – A caller reported a vehicle was blocking the roadway after it struck the ramp.
2:58 p.m., 1300 block of S. Main Street – A caller reported an intoxicated individual at the location who was about to drive away. Law enforcement located the vehicle and conducted a sobriety test.
November 21
5:33 a.m., 100 block of Mustang Run – A caller reported an animal upstairs at the location. The caller was concerned it was a possum.
12:04 p.m., 100 block of Old San Antonio Ave. – A caller reported her credit card was stolen and had incurred fraudulent charges.
3:27 p.m., 100 block of Benton – A caller reported an older vehicle with no license plates or registration stickers parked in the area. It was found the vehicle was a “hot rod” and parked legally.
9:31 p.m., 700 block of Oak Park – A caller reported smelling marijuana in the area. The caller was unsure which apartment it was coming from.
November 22
3:00 a.m., 34000 block of W. I-10 – An employee reported she was hit by a vehicle and her arm was numb.
9:52 a.m., 400 block of N. Main Street – A caller reported walking by the location and seeing a door propped open with a trashcan. The caller was concerned it looked suspicious. Law enforcement came to the location and found the door had been secured.
3:20 p.m., 100 block of Autumn Ridge – A caller reported a group of kids riding bicycles on private property.
4:41 p.m., 100 block of Medical Drive – A caller reported she was walking her dog and was attacked by a stray dog.
5:12 p.m., 600 block of Menger Springs – A caller reported her bank account was compromised and $3,800 was stolen.
November 23
6:59 a.m., 200 block of W. Granite Shores – A caller reported she and her boyfriend got into an argument. The caller said her boyfriend got on top of her and physically threatened her.
9:59 a.m., 200 block of Frey Street – A caller reported two loose dogs in the area. The caller was concerned they were aggressive as they were both barking at people.
2:22 p.m., 1000 Diamond Drive – A caller reported someone was calling him and harassing him. The caller said he was accused of taking unsolicited pictures of a girl.
9:36 p.m., 500 block of Fabra Lane – A caller reported a strong odor coming from one of the apartment buildings.
November 24 10:50 a.m., 100 block of Bluebonnet Circle – A caller reported her car was egged during the night.
11:22 a.m., Main Street/Hosack – A caller reported a two-vehicle collision blocking Main Street. A wrecker was called.
12:08 p.m., Cascade Cavern Road – A caller reported her motorcycle was flipped over and pieces were broken off.
7:27 p.m., 100 block of Regent Lane – A caller reported her daughter told her she saw a male in the bushes at the location. The caller said there also was an unknown vehicle in the area.
November 19
12:10 a.m., mile marker 536, W. I-10 – A caller reported an unoccupied vehicle on the side of the road. Law enforcement came to the location but did not find any signs of criminal activity.
2:18 a.m., 100 block of Fawn Lane – A caller reported a former significant other broke into her home and came into her room. Law enforcement came to the property to assist.
6:56 a.m., 300 block of W. Highway 46 – A caller reported a two-vehicle collision, where one vehicle was on top of the other vehicle. The highway was temporarily shut down as the collision was handled.
7:25 a.m., 10000 block of Johns Road – Two cows were in the road discussing their plans for Thanksgiving.
November 20
9:16 a.m., 200 block of River Oaks Road – A caller reported a male approached her about her throwing tortillas to the deer.
9:34 a.m., River Oaks Road and High Street – A caller was concerned about a woman who threw plastic bags, with a white substance in them, out of her car window.
9:37 a.m., 100 block of Rocky Bluff – A caller reported receiving a call that someone was trying to sell her property.
4:21 p.m., 100 block of Blue Ridge Road – A manager reported gas cans were stolen from the location. The caller said they also noticed someone messing with the air conditioning.
November 21
7:12 a.m., 300 block of FM 1376 – A caller reported a dead deer in the middle of the road, causing a traffic hazard.
9:01 a.m., on Regent Lane/I-10 Access Road – A male was given a citation for expired registration and an improperly tinted windshield.
5:17 p.m., on N. Highway 87 – A manager reported a physical fight at this location. The caller provided a description of the two males to dispatch. Emergency services responded to the call. 5:23 p.m., on Staudt Street – A caller reported her identity was stolen and a loan of more than $1,000 was taken out in her name.
November 22
8:11 a.m., 200 block of Old #9 – A caller reported someone trespassed on their property and let their dog off the leash. The caller added that the dog killed three of their chickens while off leash.
9:10 a.m., 500 block of Sunflower – A caller reported someone hit her vehicle the previous night. The caller said she heard a noise in the middle of the night that sounded like vehicles were colliding.
9:34 p.m., 200 block of N. Walnut Way – A caller reported hearing knocking on the front door despite not seeing anyone outside. The caller requested a deputy check it out, as she was home alone.
November 23
12:55 a.m., 100 block of Mustang Run – A caller reported someone hit their parked vehicle and then drove off. It was found that two vehicles may have been racing in the area.
1:46 a.m., 600 block of W. Bandera Road – A caller reported an intoxicated individual at the drive-thru window. The caller said the male was slurring his words. First responders located the male.
11:32 a.m., 1400 block of FM 1376 – A herd of goats was starting their journey to their relatives for Thanksgiving.
12:36 p.m., on N. Highway 87 – A caller requested a deputy come to the location to document a theft.
