Weird that the Wampler family had the #1 DWI specialist in Texas on their speed dial. Gary Trichter admitted in open court that he was on the phone with Wampler within minutes after he killed Kimberly Brasher.

Maybe I missed it but was a search warrant sought for blood to determine intoxication? This should be standard in this type of case.

Yes, and he had .01 in his system. He was not intoxicated.
