The Boerne Independent School District Board of Trustees approved the 2023-24 employee compensation plan at Monday’s regular monthly meeting.
The approved compensation plan features a 3.44% pay increase for all positions in the district. Starting pay for a firstyear teacher will increase to $ 54,250. Teachers, nurses, and librarians will receive a minimum increase of $2,000 more per year as part of the annual step.
\\Auxiliary, Paraprofessional and Professional employees will also receive an increase of 3.44% of their pay grade midpoint.
